On Monday, a large piece of concrete slab fell from the health center's ceiling. Despite the fact that no one was killed or injured, the incident caused anxiety among the staff and patients.
According to sources, the health center's Out Patient Department (OPD) building was built only five years ago. Locals claimed that concrete chunks were peeling off as a result of poor construction work and demanded an investigation.
