Rakesh Behera, a resident of Rajabagicha in Cuttack, has been identified as the deceased.
According to sources, while connecting the CCTV to the integrated control room, the 25-year-old came into contact with a live wire. He immediately collapsed and was rushed to the district headquarters hospital, where doctors declared him 'brought dead'.
Rakesh was hired by a contractor who was hired by the Police Housing Corporation, according to sources.
