"Chandrababu Naidu is a Habitual Liar": Jagan Reddy Writes to PM Amid Laddoo Row.

Amid the controversy over allegations that animal fat was used in the preparation of Tirupati laddus, former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing the incumbent Chief Minister N Chandrababu of spreading lies purely for political gain. Mr. Reddy has demanded that the truth be brought to light to allay the suspicions in the minds of Hindu devotees. He has also accused Mr. Naidu of trying to tarnish the reputation of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and divert attention from the new government's failures.

Mr. Reddy clarified that the ghee used in the laddus is rigorously tested and any questionable quality is rejected and not used. He emphasized that Mr. Naidu's actions have hurt the beliefs of many people and called for the Prime Minister's intervention in reprimanding Mr. Naidu for spreading lies.

Mr. Reddy also highlighted the robust policies and procedures in place to ensure the quality of the ghee used in the temple, and he criticized Mr. Naidu for not acknowledging these measures and for his lack of social responsibility.

The YSRCP leader also pointed out serious flaws in the alleged report and accused Mr. Naidu of bringing up the issue in a political meeting more than two months after the rejected tanker incident, showing disregard for religious sentiments and spreading falsehoods for political gain.

In his letter to the Prime Minister, Mr. Reddy called for Mr. Naidu to be reprimanded for his actions and for the truth to be brought to light in order to restore the faith of Hindu devotees.
