Locals spotted the body floating in the river near Mundali Bridge and alerted police, who rushed to the scene and launched an investigation. According to preliminary reports, the body has been recovered, and efforts are underway to determine the identity of the deceased woman.
According to sources, a woman from Bhubaneswar's Sundarpada area went missing two days ago after abandoning her scooter on the Mundali barrage, and her body could be found.
Police said the body's identity would be determined after family members of the missing woman identified it. The missing woman's family members identified the scooter and stated that she was from the Sundarpada area of Bhubaneswar. According to police, she was attending a private college.
