510 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

510 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Sep 20: 510 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1020754 on Monday.

From these fresh cases, 297 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 213 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 79 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

6. Cuttack: 78 

7. Gajapati: 7 

8. Ganjam: 12 

9. Jagatsinghpur: 22

11. Jharsuguda: 8 

12. Kalahandi: 1 

13. Kandhamal: 4 

14. Kendrapada: 7 

15. Keonjhar: 1 

16. Khurda: 197 

17. Koraput: 3 

18. Malkangiri: 4 

19. Mayurbhanj: 14 

20. Nayagarh: 1 

21. Puri: 20

22. Rayagada: 3 

23. Sambalpur: 9 

24. Sundargarh: 3 

 Besides, 47 cases were reported from the State pool.
