Bhubaneswar: On Sunday, the Odisha government released instructions to free the campuses from bullying and harassment, when the schools will reopen on October 21 to students in the state of Class XI.

The School and Mass Education department sent a letter to the heads of upper high-schools to create internal groups to maintain a discipline in campuses during courses.

The Secretary of Department, Satyabrata Sahu, has ordered: "The hosteles must be given special attention to discourage ragging and keep hygiene and sanitary.

In order to maintain the COVID transfer in the schools' institutions, the department ordered the school management to guarantee stricter adherence to the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure). The media stated that the government has opened up the opportunity to teach schools live broadcasting of lessons on YouTube.

Sahu said YouTube would be broadcast live for students in Class XI Arts, Science and Trade, as per the standards of the Board of Higher Secondary Schools. The programme will take place Monday through Friday.
