One Dead As Bolero Runs Over Patients

Bhadrak: On Wednesday, a four-wheeler ran over one person and injured eight others in a medical campus in Odisha's Bhadrak district.
According to sources, the event occurred while people were waiting in line to book a consultation ticket in front of an outside counter at a community health centre (CHC) in the district's Agarpada.
Medicines and other items were being unloaded from a Bolero nearby at the time. The automobile, which had been turned on, started running all of a sudden. It ran over some of the individuals in the line before they could disperse.
One person died on the scene and eight others were injured as a result of the incident. The injured people were taken to Bhadrak's district headquarters hospital. The deceased's identification has yet to be determined.
According to the sources, the deceased person was a patient's relative, and the vehicle was working for the CHC on a contract basis.
Local police raced to the scene after being notified and began an investigation. However, it is unknown how the truck collided with the people.
