The silence of Odisha favours Andhra

Voice of Odisha Bureau - It is discussed in all quarters that the silence of Odisha Govt. over frequent intrusions  of Andhra Pradesh into the Kotia Panchayat  of Patangi  block in Koraput district favours Andhra . Through the govt of Odisha is introducing schemes after schemes as incentives for the inhabitants of Kotia , Andhra is taking advantage of it . It is informed that  Andhra govt. is luring the inhabitants of Kotia with schemes and creating controversy . On the other hand , it is viewed that political duels , lack of monitoring and supervising of schemes of govt. of Odisha favours Andhra in spite of introducing of many schemes by Odisha govt. for all-round development of  group of villages of Kotia Panchayat. It should be investigated whether anybody visited the villages which were adopted . The silence of administration in block level encourages the neighboring administration , political leaders and different organizations .

 Patangi block is constituted of 14th panchayats which are surrounded by forest . Most of the villages of the Panchayats of Sambhai , Nuagaon , Petu, Talagaluru , Amphabali, Sunki, Ralegada and Kotia  directly touches the Villages of Andhra Pradesh. The inhabitants of many panchyats of Odisha are still deprived of rudimentary facilities and they face a lot of problems . The rudimentary facilities like electricity , drinking water , health service , road communication are yet to reach many  villages .  Complaints arise that hundreds of cores of rupees are being spent through special packages for development of Kotia Panchayat but the inhabitants of other panchayat are being ignored in different fields. The Andhra govt. is trying to attract the people of many villages in the boarder giving alluring schemes and the Odisha govt. has no attention towards it . Andhra has covetous eyes on the villages of Odisha in the border . Andhra is becoming successful in its aim by giving lollipop and freebies to those people in the border .   

21 disputed villages of Kotia Panchayat are surrounded by forest . Andhra has hatched conspiracy to  merge these villages with it keeping coveted eyes on the minerals  and tourist spots of the areas . Odisha , in order to do all round development of the areas has focused  to grow facilities  of education  , health , road communication , drinking water and bridge construction . In order to increase the financial condition the govt. of Odisha  is helping the people through woman self help groups for development  in the field of agriculture , business, fisheries , cultivation of strawberry and flower broom  
The state govt.of Odiaha has given special attention towards implementation of all state and center sponsored programmes in those  disputed areas . But the people of  those areas are tilting towards Andhra . It proves failure of all schemes and programmesof Govt. of Odisha  in those areas . It is necessary to be careful for  providing protection , though it is said that Kutia is an integral part of Odisha . It raises question  why we are on back foot  , when the administration and political leaders of Andhra are jointly moving village to village praising  the performances of Andhra Govt. . Plenty of facilities of Andhra Govt. and erection of big hoardings of Jagmohan Reddy are found  in the villages such as Phagunasineri , Phatu Sineri, Haramandangi, Neredibalasha, Tadibalasha , Madakar , Daliamba which are situated near to boarder  Reactions comes from different quarters that why the hoardings of the Odisha govt. are not placed there . It is not understood why the govt.of  Odisha is not obstructing the intrusion of Andhra where as it is disobeying the order of apex court in this connection . 

 Attention is to be given not only for providing facilities but also for giving protection, or else Andhra will occupy Kutia and merge  it in the district of Parvatipuram . The Zillaparisad of Zone -1 of that area has expressed that Odisha govt. can not escape from the conspiracy of Andhra if it remain silent only providing schemes for development  of Kutia .
