New Delhi/ Bhubaneswar: Kristalina Georgieva, the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Managing Director and Chairman, arrived in the national capital on Thursday to attend the G20 Summit. She was greeted warmly at the New Delhi airport and was treated to a lively cultural dance performance.

A cultural group performed a traditional folk dance set to a Sambalpuri song. Georgieva expressed her gratitude by applauding their performance and attempted a few dance routines herself.

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan tweeted a video on X (previously Twitter) of Ms Georgieva shaking a leg and dancing with the Sambalpuri musicians.

The video, which was shared just a few hours ago, has already received over 19,000 views and thousands of likes. "Absolutely wonderful, proud moment for Odias," one commenter commented in the area. "This is the strength of our culture and music," another person commented.

"Superb display of Bhartiya Culture, Music, and Dance," a third person commented. "What a lovely video!" Despite her high rank, she did not allow Die Child to enter her. Congratulations to her. "What a warming," said another.
