Bhubaneswar: The Income Tax Department conducted simultaneous raids on Wednesday at 20 locations associated with the Bhubaneswar-based real estate and construction company DN Group on suspicion of tax evasion.
According to sources, raids are being conducted at the company's director's, staff's, and office at IRC Village in the city, and a large amount of cash was reportedly seized from the home of a staffer at Unit-4.
During the search, the team also seized some important company documents.
Officials from the company have yet to comment on the I-T raid.
