Angul: After an accident involving the auto-rickshaw they were riding in on Friday, one person died and three others were injured, including a nine-month pregnant woman.
Amani Sahoo, a pregnant lady, was referred to Angul Hospital because she needed emergency treatment.
According to accounts, Amani and her family were riding in an auto-rickshaw home from the hospital after a check-up when a dry branch of a sal tree fell on the vehicle.
Amani's aunt died on the spot, while the others, including the driver, were taken to a nearby hospital.
