Balangir: On Wednesday, three kids were rescued unconscious from Kantabanji railway station in Odisha's Balangir district.
After being rescued from the station, the three were sent to the Kantabanji Community Health Centre (CHC).
According to early information, five students were returning from the SSC exams in Sambalpur when the event occurred on Tuesday night at Kantabanji train station.
An anonymous individual allegedly provided them cold drinks laced with sedatives, following which the three of them passed out. One student's condition is stated to be stable, while another has gone missing after the incident.
After the students passed out, the mysterious individual allegedly stole their possessions, including their cell phones and cash.
When police were informed, they reportedly went to the CHC and started an investigation. More information is awaited.
