Four minor boys injured in crackers bursting in Khordha

Khurda: On Thursday, a firecracker explosion in Gampur hamlet, Begunia police limits, injured at least four people.

Four youngsters were attempting to light an unexploded firecracker when it detonated in their hands, according to accounts. The four youngsters suffered severe burns and were transported to the Khurda district headquarters hospital before being transferred to a Bhubaneswar hospital.

An investigation into the matter is underway.
