Bhubaneswar: For the third night in a row, Phulbani was the coldest area in the state on Friday, with a minimum temperature of 6.5 degrees Celsius.

On Thursday night, Phulbani recorded a minimum temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. On Wednesday night, the temperature was 3.6 degrees Celsius.

On Friday night, temperatures fell below 10 degrees Celsius in at least 11 locations across the state. Jharsuguda (8.8), Keonjhar (8.6), Sundargarh (7.5), Hirakud (9.5), Bhawanipatna (9), Koraput (9.6), Titlagarh (8.3), Sonepur (8.2), Daringbadi (7.5), and Boudh (9) were among the other places.
