Bhubaneswar: The ECoR announced on Wednesday that the Prashanti Express will run from Bhubaneswar to Satyasai Prashanti Nilayam and then be cancelled from Satyasai Prashanti Nilayam to Bangalore in both directions from December 12 to 15.

According to the release, the train has been partially cancelled due to safety-related modernisation work in connection with non-interlocking at Hindupur and Devarapalli Stations for commissioning of a double line between Yelahanka and Penukonda Railway Section under the Bangalore Division of South Western Railway jurisdiction.

From December 12 to 14, the 18463 Bhubaneswar-Bangalore Prashanti Express will run from Bhubaneswar to Satyasai Prashanti Nilayam. From December 13 to 15, the 18464 Bangalore-Bhubaneswar Prashanti Express will depart from Satya Sai Prashanti Nilayam instead of Bangalore.

During this time, the 18463/18464 Bhubaneswar-Bangalore-Bhubaneswar Prashanti Express will be partially cancelled in both ways between Satya Sai Prashanti Nilayam and Bangalore.
