Two people arrested in connection of attack on BJP MLA's car; Dharmendra and Samir Mohanty issued statement

Balangir: Vicky Chhatria and Biju Haripal, both from Loisingha, have been arrested in connection with the attack on Loisingha MLA Mukesh Mahaling's car on Tuesday.
Miscreants attacked Mahaling's automobile at Burda Square on NH 26 in Odisha's Balangir district, and he just escaped. In the incident, his driver and PSO were both injured.
Two miscreants on a motorcycle, according to sources, intercepted the MLA's car as he was returning to his village after attending a programme in Badibahal. They were admonished by the MLA's driver and personal security officer (PSO) for causing a nuisance by parking in front of his car. After yanking the driver and the PSO out of the vehicle, the two youngsters allegedly assaulted them. They also threw stones at the vehicle.
According to the MLA, the incident occurred as he was heading home from an inauguration ceremony. "The duo attacked my PSO when he requested them to remove their bike. "When my driver ran to his aid, he was attacked as well," he explained.
His PSO and driver were both taken to Loisingha Hospital.
"It's an unfortunate occurrence." I have no personal animosity toward you, and this may be the result of a political feud. However, it is too early to make a judgement on it at this time. "I've notified the local police, and they're looking into it," he continued.
Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Minister, and Samir Mohanty, the president of the Odisha BJP, have both denounced the act. "I hope the police prosecute those who were involved in the event," Dharmendra stated.
