Bhubaneswar: On Friday in Bhubaneswar, a man's body was discovered hanging in a woodland region close to Khandagiri hill.
The dead, named as Ganu Sahoo of the Aiginia region in the capital of Odisha, had allegedly vanished. On Thursday, his family members reported Ganu missing and filed a police report, according to sources.
To find the man, the police had started a search operation. Locals, however, discovered Ganu's body in the forest hanging from a tree and promptly alerted the Khandagiri police.
The Khandagiri police have opened an investigation into the incident and filed a charge of unnatural death.
The body has been taken custody of and sent for an autopsy. Although the guy was thought to have committed himself, authorities stated that the precise cause of his death will only be known after a comprehensive investigation.
