Fire Breaks Out at E-vehicle manufacturing unit in Jajpur

Jajpur: On Saturday morning, a fire broke out in a factory that made electric scooters in the Jajpur district of Odisha.
Sources claim that some workers at the Bharat Benz e-vehicle unit in Badachan noticed heavy smoke rising from a shed on the property and called the fire department.
Two cars and the Chandikhol Fire Brigade members were on the scene quickly. When they arrived, the shed was completely engulfed in flames. At the time the report was submitted, they were working to put out the fire.
Although the source of the fire has not been determined, an electrical short-circuit inside the appliance is thought to be the likely culprit. The incident did not result in any injuries, however it is not yet known how much property has been lost.
